If you say you need 12 hours to report for a WS or GS and they call you with either inside of 12 hours, it is a pro-offer. The WS or GS did not meet your criteria. If either meet your criteria then they are not a pro-offer. As Sailing said, you can set up a WS or GS to be very specific.
