If there is a shift in 330 flying to ATL, I've always thought most of the flying for the new category would come out of MSP and/or SEA with MSP being first on the chopping block. There is nothing earth shattering in this bid or showing what the company is thinking. I wouldn't put it beyond the companys thinking to then move time out of DTW too.
Heck, maybe they've decided not to move any 330 time on the next bid and are just covering additional flying!!!!

I forgot we had a 330 base in MSP. They could share the pain with SEA if a ATL base is opened. Its never fun when they pull time out of your base to fund another base. I was in SLC when we had 120 crews on the 767. They yanked 60 crews out to open up the LAX category. Huge impact on the SLC base at the time.
