How many individuals can quit before it's an illegal job action, and nobody else can quit?

The entire company can quit tomorrow as long as they individually quit. C'mon, you know the difference between quitting and striking, don't you? Two totally different things.
My Company experienced an attrition rate of over 25% this past year. Are you saying that those people are in violation of the RLA?
Like I said, I don't agree with what went down in that courtroom, but YOU CANNOT FORCE ANYONE TO WORK under the RLA. I'm not sure where people get that misconception. Maybe from message boards?
