As far as the CRJs go...
In the Jan 17th class there were slots for OFC (ORD FO CRJ) and I would guess that will continue. In regards to NFC (LGA FO CRJ) I personally dont think you will see many more slots offered in the near future for that equip/base.
The company currently has 70 NFCs on the seniority list, and is expecting to have a total of 14 CRJs based in LGA. At 5 crews per plane, that equals 70 FOs and 70 CAs. There are currently 86 NCCs (LGA CRJ CA) on the seniority list, but the top 15-20 will probably be gone to AA in the next few months, so that should level off around 70 as well.
There will be a few NFCs who transfer out to ORD in the future, so you might get lucky and see NFC being offered every now and then, but I think OFC is much more likely.
Since we are on the subject of CRJs, the company plans (at the moment) to put the remaining 33 CRJs in ORD. Which would create 165 CA/FO CRJ ORD slots. We currently have 170 OCCs planned on the seniority list, but only 98 OFCs. That means there should be a lot of OFC slots offered in the near term, I would say 5-10 per class at least.
As I said previously, this is all what we as line pilots have been told. Those plans change all the itme and we are usually the last ones to know. So take this with a grain of salt!
Can you do the same analysis for the EMB ORD...lol!!!! I'm finishing training now but they are not hiring that much for ORD EMB...

at least I have already 10 below me... =)
