It has been repeated a THOUSAND times in plain english on this and other threads:

Either you have a FE certificate in your back pocket (that means you have been trained, taken a checkride, and have been found duly qualified to act as an FE), or

You have a piece of paper with the results of your FEX written exam on it with a date of exam less than two (2) years from the date of your application (or hiring) at FedEx.
