Duvie, I agree that we won't be able to get more from the company (I've had those discussions with Russ as well). It seems like this is were management is drawing the line, but that doesn't mean I'm ok with it. I respect everyone's decision to vote yes or no, but i personally feel that by passing this pay proposal it will just re-enforce their apathetic perception of us. I know it means leaving money on the table and I feel for the Bro FO's but, I have a mortgage, student loans, ect. as well and extra money would be nice but this pay package is a joke.

Luckly most tenured bro FO's are having the chance to transition, it's going to suck though for the incoming guys.
