Second, I'm just agreeing with you two that sitting around all day and getting called for a trip right before you are released has to suck. Out of all the schedulers there, why is it people seem to really dislike Pam the most? I don't get it.
Because Pam seems to get a sick joy out of her job. You can hear the smile in her voice as she is doing something to you she knows you will hate, and the disapointment when you stand your ground and hold the contract.
