I guess we have some extra funds for section 6 but what happened to all the money we had deducted to cover merger fighting? Is there any left? Do we get some back? as I recall it.
The monies ( one million for each side) were collect and placed in a separate independent fund from the MEC's finances. These monies will be used to pay for disputes as determined by the DRC. Long story short the SLI funds are not part of the MEC surplus or regular budget.
