I think at some point we get the funds back but ALPA will have to deduct dues from it like income.
Its like TARP funds: The first part, they will just lose and noone will investigate. The second part will have a fast tracked depreciation schedule so if we dont get it paid back in 3 years, its absorbed anyway.
