I can't put a hard number on it Scambo but I remember us talking specifically that there were some slots that were limited to small aircraft. I looked here and couldn't find any info:
Regulations.gov

I still find this the most interesting read off of there, mainly because so much is redacted:
Regulations.gov

My bet, the DOT/DOJ through out all principle (as much as any government agency could have) did exactly what SWA demanded and then SWA announced a merger with AAI leaving the DOT/DOJ out to dry. DAL/LLC's lawsuit probably will win and the DOT/DOJ has an option to either save face and "compromise" with DAL/LLC or to let everyone see just how compromised they were by SWA who was out for nobody but SWA.
I have had the good fortune lately of flying with many FNW FAs and frankly it has been a breath of fresh air in comparison to some DAL-S'. I dont know if it is one of those "on their best behavior" things or if it is just good solid midwest folks who are just good people.

It has been so different to have crews that actually want to go out and do stuff with the pilots - AND who not only dont expect you to pay for dinner, but instead insist on buying a round...big difference.

FTB it think your bet on the SWA/DOT is probably right on the mark. Lets hope for some face saving and a fast track of the slot swap.
