How about this...

"Do you have a commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-engine and Instrument rating (without limitations)? Yes No
Do you have a current ATP Certificate? Yes No"

I have commercial privileges,single engine land, on an ATP Multi Engine land.
How would you answer that?

AND, does "circling VMC only" count as a "limitation"?!
