Actually, many of the pairing that have flying in and out of ATL do not have DH's in them (at least on the MSP 320). In the first half of your comment you say that because there is a lot of flying in and out of ATL, there will be a base there which will save DAL money yet at the end you say just because the 320 does a lot of flying in NYC, there isn't any talk of a base there because it is not efficient. This appears to be some very good double talk. Are you working on your campaign for a position in congress or DALPA?
