The way scheduling explained it when I called is that during the initial line build, IOW when PBS builds your initial reserve line, it can go past 6 consecutive reserve days. However, once your line is build, you can't trade to go above six days. He mentioned it was a contractual thing. It wasn't that important to me, so I didn't pursue it.
