I know this is probably a big no... but any shot that a regional might lower the multi time or TT if a guy has this kinda stuff on his resume? Unless there is a formal bridge program with a specific airline, then the answer is no. Especially right now...regionals have 1500+ hour pilots with actual turbine time in their applicant pool.
Once you meet the mins I think it would help, you might get hired with less-than-average competitive times.
