Looks like the NPRM has had an enormous impact on the Company and without even a final rule making in place was enough to cause serious bargaining.
My hats off to the Negotiating Committee on this deal, lets hope the details are as good as the hints! (pay raise, lump sum, no change to vacation and retirement, improved FDA LOA)
