Are you called prior to the package being delivered? Or does it just show up one day?

When you are selected to interview you receive a comprehensive package to complete (more forms -- similar to the on-line app, PRIA, credit, etc.) including a required drug test. HR will find a local (to you) "collection" agency to complete this process. They do their homework here before AND after an interview occurs.
Also, they have interviewed in groups of six - I've heard of all six pilots hired (we had five in class out of the six that interviewed on my day).
