Anyone notice the companies response to the FAA crew rest proposal says it would require 812 new pilots at FedEx. This coupled with a Hong Kong expansion, Europe FDA, 1000 eligible pilot retirements and a recovering economy; no wonder the company wants a quick CBA.
812 is certainly a very big stretch. They want to influence the NPRM decision by crying wolf.
