The SIC program really is a great program for pilot trying to gain experience, weather they want to go corporate or 121. Its a paid position at FSI and you can take advantages of all the enrichment programs such as High Altitude training, advanced weather, weather radar, and International Ops. Plus you have many networking opurtunitys. I participated in the program once in got my commercial multi and still in collage, met some people and got a job with a 91 corporation and still instruct in the sim parttime when my flying schedule allows.
