The flow of training, if at the rate being bantered about, will cause things to happen in the near future. But as the new applicants get interviewed and added to the "hired" pool, there may be a re-ordering of who gets what class date. In other words, if a poolie doesn't get a notification of training early in the process, he may be delayed somewhat by a higher quality poolie who is applying during this open window.
