I worked for Crandall ... once. Never again. He invented the "B" scale. He perfected management/pilot spite. He is a snake. If you think for one minute that he is in it for anything other than his own greed, think again.
Read the book "Hard Landings" by Pretzinger(?). It is a study of airline deregulation and features Crandall and most all of the other robber barons of the late 20th century. It helps one understand them and the cold, vile venom that runs through their veins.
