Boomer is correct. A large RJ is defined as 51-76 seats with a MATOW of up to 86,000 LBS. So if it's configured to 66 seats it still counts towards the 255. Since we already have 153 76 seaters operating for DCI that allows for only 102 51-70 seat RJs. We are close to that limit with the latest Skywest/RAH deals.
