As far as the naming goes, I did not add the .pdf to the file name, because the .pdf automatically shows up on the file name at the top of the screen when you open it. This is at least how it is on PC and in Adobe. If I were to add the .pdf to the file name, the file name would actually appear to be Jones, Bob RESUME.pdf.pdf.
Not sure what they are looking for. I wish I knew, as I am one that has my fingers crossed for an interview. I assume you have asked your two internals to follow up? What have they told you?
