You're going to the get the same rating at either place. Think about what you like to do in your free time.
UND: Girls, parties, more of a typical college life. ( My friend goes there right now)
CWU: Middle of no where (which you might like) i think there is one bar in the town, and probably not a huge "college scene"...But you have mountains and activities.
There are a lot of aviation schools in the US. There are also a lot of great schools with airports near them that can offer you the same training.
My 2 cents coming from a college student at a major university with aviation programs: Right out what you like to do in your free time/what kind of environment you like then go search and figure out what kind of school fits those needs. Airline bridge training, and 141 Universities and all those shinanigans are a hoax (You'll find this is a common denominator in a lot of the Forum Topics).
All in all, think about yourself not which program is the best cause they all abide by the same rules...
