Looking for some opinions. I have a friend that is sitting at about 1300TT 400 Multi. He has been applying but with no luck has herd nothing. He does have 3 busted check rides and a DUI from 6 years ago. We are both know this a playing factor in not hearing anything back yet. However, what are his chances at getting anything at all during this current time considering his current situation ??
