Not trying not to knock you. Just really ****ed when mgmt starts the fuel going up rant. Reminds me of a political reeducation camp. If fuel goes up, that's the cost of doing business. Jeff and his "team" are responsible for ensuring a viable business plan and reliable airline with every problem that surfaces. When these "problems" occur, mgmt always seems to bring this to us as if it's our problem to fix, usually with concessions/reductions/lowered benefits, etc. Jeff fixes the business problems, we fly the planes. Doesn't get any simpler than that. Fuel is a business cost. Always has been, always will be. Pilots fit in this same category. We are a cost to running this airline. We have done our part to help offset mgmt's problems. We are not mgmt's continuous atm that the use to offset other business cost increases. The cost of a pilot is the cost of a pilot. This is where we differ from mgmt's view.

So how do you get express pilot of out this?
