Good analysis except you overlook that it is a roughly 1/3 reduction in Captain seats for that staffing, and all junior Capt seats. Those are going to DCI, and we have more long term F/O's. Good news if you are senior already and eligible for those new WB A's, sucks if you wanted to be a junior NB Captain. How much longer to a first time A position now?
