I'll take my union at XJT (which has already helped me out of a jam) over your "at will" employment anyday. You idiots that say you're happy to take a lower wage if it means you get more flying are the kind of boob that management loves. All they have to say is "guys, we'd like this flying over here but, shoot, we need a pay cut from you to be competitive" and here you come bent over, pants around your ankles, ready to fork it over.
