haah Im here for ya brotha, these clowns (not all but these guys willing to fly at lower wages) its just amazing they don't see the writing on the wall. They are flying LARGER airplanes for less and less pay, where do they think that is going to get them????????? Everybody knows XJT has the best Contract out there, and guess what......................We are ALPA, and we have a good relationship with our management, and they know we wouldnt fly anything larger without being compensated for it. Management will tell yuo guys that we can;t pick up extra flying cuase our costs our too high, you don't see corporate cutting their pay do ya???????????????????? When they start to reduce their wages then, and only then should you consider lowering yours, these bull**** scare tactics they are uing to get you guys to fly 900's at low pay is rediculous
