What you are asking is who are our peers? The answer is obvious, though people don't like to accept it. Our peers are similarly designed network carriers. Those include:
AMR, UCAL, and LCC. The rest are either niche players (ALA), have a completely different business model (LUV), or a completely different product (FDX, UPS). We can use those as a reference, but they are in a DIFFERENT industry.

What if none of them can do as well as SWA? What if our "peers" are all still negotiating?
If our peers have been unable to secure PWAs, I would hope ALPA would do more than just use those niche carriers as a reference.
