I have two Part 121 failures.
A jet transition simulator check ride failure (9yrs ago) & a PC failure (1 1/2yrs ago).
I retrained and passed immediately.
On top of that, I also have one line-check failure (8yrs ago).
Is this going to be disqualifying for a job with Delta?
Anyone on the inside at Delta than can enlighten please?
I don't think anyone here would know the answer to your issue. I'm sure when the hiring gets in highspeed mode, people with issues will get called in. However, right now given the number of pilots on the street and the quality of readily available pilots, you might be waiting awhile for them to call.
The only thing I can suggest is, keep updating your application as much as possible. Go to the airline meet and greet conferences and get to know the hiring staff ... make them get to know you. Be honest about your situation. And find someone who knows you well at Delta, to go to bat for you from the inside.
I hope this helps you. Good luck.
