Just did a quick review. Curious to know as perhaps I just have a bad attitude, so here goes. The only real enhancement I see here is the FDA LOA, a small pay raise and a small perdium raise.

Is it possible this is all being orchestrated soley to get the FDA LOA through? If this were true then round 2 (12 or 24 months) could take years.
