Lowering the mins like Eagle, AWAC, etc creates a bigger pool with more options to be weighed.

There are thousands of out of work pilots, and people with better than 800/100, but not many of them are willing to work for $25/hr at a regional and be based halfway across the country.

If I was furloughed today I couldnt afford to go back to the bottom of a Regional seniority list making 25k and being based across the country. I have invested too much and gotten too little of a return on that investment. It would be time to cut my losses and get a job outside the industry.
