Our proposed EMB rates are less than Colgan’s new rates and 8% less than Masada’s. Our RJ rates are mostly equal to or less than ASA/XJT current rates and our 1st yr pay is among the lowest in the industry.
As for getting more later, that's up to Mgmt and settling for hopefully getting more later is one of the reasons why regional pay is so low. Mgmt expects us to think about tomorrow and not today.
This Pay Package is just barely better than industry average but without leverage that’s about all we can get.
