After SWA shutdown Muse Air/Transtar we leased the MD's to CAL for ten years and then sold them. I would luv to lease them and receive a check every month from our good buddies over at Delta.
Fact is the crews/MX are already trained. The 717 does not seem to fit our business model but with no start up costs we might be able to make them fit in to a business model that is being modified daily.

Well crews are trainined until the first bid to leave the jets. I am sure it will become the most junior aircraft and base unless it pays the same as the 737 then it might become more senior.
