Hey guys...does anyone know what the average time right now is between the pre-offer and getting the call for the medical?
I interviewed and got the pre-offer a little over a week ago. I know my current employer was slow and only sent their fax back in yesterday. I'm not sure if that delayed anything or not.
I have read and heard about how it could take a month after the pre-offer to hear anything, but that was a few months ago. In the interview we were told that they are speeding things up so I was just wondering if anybody had any current time frames.
Oh, and if anybody wants any advice about the interview feel free to ask.

It took 2 weeks and 1 day for me. My employers sent their faxes back the next day. However, they are really backed up right now it seems because there is someone new in recruiting taking over for VA. It took an extra few days to receive my medical information emailed to me. I'd just try to be patient as they make the transition
