You definitely do get spoiled with the Bose X Headset. When I was on a international flight in Europe, I saw the crew using the Bose Quiet Comfort 2 Headset (audio ones) coupled with a microphone and adapter for the aircraft. Those definitely looked a lot more comfortable all together because they don't clamp at all! I wasn't sure or haven't researched the possibilities, but those could be really nice.

I was also looking at the Mach 1 from Lightspeed. They have a partnership with some company that will make molds of your ear that help out a lot in terms of noise attenuation and comfortability. I don't really like to have things in my ear for extended periods of time, but a lot of people seem to really love the weightlessness of set. Anyone use these at the regionals?
