You are confusing management/employee relationships with what she is talking about. There has always been a somewhat rancorous relationship there. Thanks for backing me up. You are right I was not talking about management/employee relations, more so how we are to eachother(and our passengers) I'd like the culture to stay that way, I really think we have a great group of employees at Delta. My first day I walked in the crew lounge I looked so lost I had a ton of people come up and introduce themselves because it was obvious I was new and many welcomed me to Delta, and even offered a business card so that if I have any questions I could contact them. I was really impressed with how nice our pilot group is.
