I am confused by your vision of what corporate culture is- You say management/employee relations have always been rancorous buts thats not corporate culture?

I always go out of my way to help my fellow employees and will continue to do so - I just don't consider that as having anything to do with a mythical corporate culture - its just being a good person.

PS - I have witnessed good corporate culture frequently - almost every time I have ever jump-seated on Southwest. Where on average, I have been treated better than by my fellow DAL employees.
It's not the culture I am talking about nor is it the one that (I assume) Brocc is talking about. ... nevermind. this is getting old. Time to go to the gym.
