I appreciate the females who try to handle things themselves. When I see that they can't, I help. I just wish they would understand that men are men. We are hard-wired to help them. When they don't handle their own affairs, the health of others can be jeopardized...even when they are trying to lift it themselves.
And it's not a hypothetical. It happened to a good friend and he was out for a long time.

Yeah I guess that your FO couldn''t get the aircraft on the ground without the great and powerful Carl... besides, you totally miss the point. And we all know someone that has lost his/her job because of injury. No one is saying that you HAVE to lift bags into the overhead. If they
expect that.. they are in the wrong.. absolutely. But you started the guilt trip line, and I was asking if
you would feel guilty that some FA saves your bacon so you could go talk on the radio... but you answered that with the word
job...
.. and it
was hypothetical, because you used the first person pronoun, I. Besides what relevance would her feelings about that have anyway? If you hurt your back helping her out, should she come to your house and clean your toilets for free? What are you looking for here?
