Alright, here's what I don't understand. They want to reduce ATL 200 by 30, but what happens when IAD folks bid over to DTW. Does the displacement then change to IAD vs. DTW to fill the hole (doesn't affect me, just curious)?

Oh and one more thing, I'm guessing the vacancy bid will show NO VACANCY for CRJ ATL. You can bid off the airplane but people can not bid on to it correct?
