Any better options? I'm sure working for BB, JO, or in your case SF would just be so much more fulfilling. Give me a break. Management can get better/worse just like in any other job.

I wouldn't want to walk away from a job opportunity just because you don't like the owner, based on past experiences with a different subsidiary of the company with different frontline management.
