This wont be good for any regional, but I'd imagine the hardest hit will be Great Lakes, Cape Air, American Eagle, Skywest and Mesaba.
No Mesaba SAABs = no EAS. Maybe the new Mesaba with some of Colgan's EAS routes. You can stick a fork in Seaport Airlines. Gulfstream will take a hit.
