yes i know crossing a picket line is a bad thing and i would never do it, thats not what i asked.
i said that there is a probationary period before full representation from ALPA correct? if there is and comair strikes, can comair managment effectively force new hires to go to work by saying d its your job or your fired, since they dont have full representation yet? could they have known of the impending contract date and start massiv hiring at this time in anticipation of having a few new hires cross the line and throwing the whole situation into an even deeper spiral?
