Baghdad's infrastructure and aesthetics have been seriously damaged by the American military.
One would have thought that with that many hummers running around, we would have done $1B worth of improvements.
Joking aside, we did spend a considerable amount of time, money, and blood trying to make improvements to the infrastructure and the country as a whole.
