The most important thing is that PCL management signs a reasonable contract. More airplanes, bigger airplanes, and flying for OAL take a backseat to the contract.
If PCL flies for OAL, they will not lose airplanes unless their fleet operating for the OAL exceeds 20 airframes. At that time, NWA may take CRJs from PCL at a certain rate per month (don't quote me, but I think 2 per month). This was all spelled out in the webcast by PCL management on 12/22 and it was in a few other articles (though not as clear).
