With a blended payrate we get most if not all the RFps. AWAC has a 7 year upgrade skywest has a 6 MONTH brazillia upgrade and a 1.5 year jet. The lowest upgrades in the industry. Get your 1000 pic and get out and make more money that most other regionals. Good payrates don't mean crap if you're stuck right seat for 6 years and can't upgrade or go to a real airline. Regionals are just dues paying and are not meant to be your career.
While AWAC does not have a 6 month upgrade, it is also certainly NOT 7 years, I do not know where you get your information, but you sure think you have all the answers. There are alot of good people at Skywest, but all it takes is ONE day to turn things around there, One merger, United saying you are too expensive, etc.. United is NOTORIOUS for screwing their regionals, just ask any ACA/AWAC guy 6 yrs ago if they thought they would EVER lose the United flying.
