Anyway, the company has other rules and requirements that they have posted, for two reasons: first is they don't want a glut of applications from guys whom they deem to be unqualified; and secondly, they don't want to have to spend the money, investigating these guys, because it's expensive. If you have lived outside the USA for over the specified period of time, it becomes exceedingly expensive to do an FBI background check. So I ask you, what skills do you have that would make you more of an asset to FedEx, than would a guy who has lived in Cleveland for the past 5 years?
