Absent something like that the company is not going to make a high dollar change pre contract. All the items in the SOT are for the most part no or very low cost. I am NOT saying the old fNW system was better, but it would probably be close to cost neutral. I don't think it would work well at DL because the reset window is always in June and is not a rolling period. It would also involve DL agreeing that pilots can use FMLA without modification of the law.
P.S. There are other items higher on my list, but a deal with the company on Virgin smells of scope concessions. Count me out.
