It was the 747s fault that I wanted to become a pilot. When my family first moved to the states from Spain, we rode in a 747 and my ol' man took me up to the flight deck and I was so amazed, that I wanted to be a pilot. It was when he got a job as a sim instructor and he put me into the left seat of a 747 sim that I decided I one day wanted a left seat in a whale. I like going to visit my dad when he has an overnight and I get to see the 747, which still have the mounts for the sextants. I hope the whale will never go away.
