I do not decide what the salary is for first year FOs, AMR decides that so if you're unhappy with the pay, turn your angry energy else where or better yet do yourself a favor and just quit aviation all together! Find another job that will offer you pay that will make you less bitter
enjoy my friend

You made your "assumption" appear valid by being definitive in your statement. The guy is already beating himself up over getting turned down. Don't need to fill his head with poor assumptions of the past, ya think?
Also, I never claimed that you decided salaries for first year Eagle FO's. Maybe take a reading comprehension class before you regurgitate that nonsense.
I appreciate your concerns with my anger management and career choices. Have you ever considered a career in career planning or Psychiatry? Maybe you could take some lessons and learn how to stop spreading your dimwitted assumptions on how getting a speeding ticket 4 years ago, or how if you wear the wrong shade of red tie on a Delta interview, or any other lack luster minute detail that catches your "eye" will get applications for employment "turned down."
False assumptions are what make the Airline interview process so difficult. There is no need to make it any harder than what it has to be.
"Yo?" That's cute...
